Nancy Rose
Nancy Richmond Rose is owner of RichmondRose Coaching and Consulting. She is a professional business coach holding an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Nancy was the chief operating officer and director of First Vote at EducationNC and the N.C. Center for Public Policy Research. Before joining EdNC in 2016, Nancy spent 34 years working in administration, operations, finance, and technology with the nonpartisan North Carolina Center for Public Policy Research. In her volunteer life, she spent countless hours in her children’s schools chairing committees, tutoring, mentoring, chaperoning, fundraising, and pulling computer cable.
Nancy served as secretary of the Board of Trustees of the national Governmental Research Association. In 2019, she attended the Aspen Executive Seminar on Leadership, Values, and the Good Society. In 2024, she received the Frederick P. Gruenberg lifetime achievement award from the Governmental Research Association in recognition of her years of service and contributions to governmental research.
