Analisa Archer is the senior director of policy at EducationNC.
She grew up in Windermere, Florida, where she attended the local public schools. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Analisa first worked at EdNC from 2017 – 2021 in a variety of roles, including chief of staff and associate director of policy. She has also held roles at the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab and the Rockefeller Foundation.
