How North Carolina can compensate teachers

The House Select Committee on Education Strategy and Practices met yesterday to talk teacher pay and solicit input from some of the state’s education leaders and researchers.

Teacher pay is likely to be a big issue in the upcoming short session of the General Assembly, so the feedback legislators receive now could have a big impact.
