Bright Spots: Profound Gentlemen

Profound Gentlemen delivers programming to male educators of color. A core part of the program is focused on retention through personal, professional, and leadership development. Data shows that students, particularly African-American male students, benefit socially, emotionally, and academically from having male educators of color. The program showcases strong early indicators around both retention and leadership development for those who have participated.
