- Education Department investigations aligned with Trump policy objectives: 159
- Lawsuits challenging Trump administration actions related to education: 84
- States that haven’t yet opted in or out of the federal private school choice tax credit: 19 [Note that while NC is counted as a yes, Gov. Josh Stein vetoed HB 87.]
