  2. Lawsuits challenging Trump administration actions related to education: 84
  3. States that haven’t yet opted in or out of the federal private school choice tax credit: 19 [Note that while NC is counted as a yes, Gov. Josh Stein vetoed HB 87.]

The legislature is in town today. Several ed-related bills, including HB 87, are calendared. Here is the House agenda.
