The Editor’s Notes
The legislature is going to pass a budget this week. The Senate convenes at 9:30 a.m. The House convenes at noon. The new committee report is not up yet, but stayed turned. We expect a press release from Senator Berger’s office shortly.
While the legislature is in town, be on the lookout for votes to override other bills the Governor has vetoed during session. We will keep you posted as we know more.
The Professional Educator Preparation and Standards Commission (PEPSC) will hold a virtual monthly meeting on Thursday, Nov. 18, at 9 a.m.
The North Carolina Community College Journal of Teaching Innovation (NCCCJTI) is accepting submissions due December 10, 2021.
