A hearing in the long-running Leandro court case will take place Monday, October 18 at 10 a.m. This hearing follows on one last month in which Judge David Lee gave until October 18 for the General Assembly to fund a court-ordered comprehensive plan to meet the state’s obligation around education. He said last month he would hear proposals at Monday’s hearing on what the court should do if lawmakers did not act.
