The Republican’s proposed revision to the 2018-19 budget passed its final vote in the Senate this morning, 36-14, and it received initial approval in the House, 72-45. The House will vote on the budget one more time tomorrow morning before it is sent on to Governor Roy Cooper. 

Because the budget is in a conference report, no amendments are allowed. The current version of the budget is exactly the same as the version that was unveiled Tuesday night.
