Men Tchaas Ari

Men Tchaas Ari is the president and CEO of Communities In Schools of Charlotte-Mecklenburg.

Men Tchaas has more than 23 years of experience helping students, families, and communities. Before joining CIS, he worked with Mecklenburg County and Crisis Assistance Ministry. He has also been part of the Charlotte community for more than 20 years.

Men Tchaas is a graduate of Morehouse College and has a master’s degree in public administration from Syracuse University. Outside of his work, Men Tchaas enjoys reading, flying, and staying active.
