Frank McKay

Frank McKay, Ed.D., brings more than 25 years of experience in education as a teacher, instructional leader, researcher, and network strategist. As director of RTI International's Early College Network (ECN), he leads statewide and national efforts to connect and support early college leaders through professional learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. His work focuses on strengthening educator networks, advancing innovative school models, and helping schools, districts, and state education agencies scale practices that improve student outcomes.
