Eryn Gorang


Eryn Gorang is a Master of Public Policy Candidate and research assistant at Duke University, where she researches the racial under representation of students enrolled in academic and intellectually gifted programs under a grant from the Department of Education. She currently sits on the Durham Central Park board of directors. As a Senior Community School Director in her home state of Utah (2016-2019), Eryn cultivated community partnerships in Title I schools that served refugee and immigrant students. She also previously taught 8th grade English as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Cape Town, South Africa. She graduated summa cum laude from Elon University in 2014 with a degree in Human Services and Communications.
