Erin Burns is a multi-classroom leader at West Charlotte High School for Project LIFT. She was a Teaching Fellow at The University of North Carolina at Chapel and graduated with a biology degree and minors in education and entrepreneurship in 2009. She received her masters degree in Educational and Organizational Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2014 and is passionate about providing equitable access to education for all students.
