The second Education Week article featured in today’s Ed Daily outlines how a judge’s order halts the Trump administration’s decision to end states’ ability to continue spending federal COVID-19 funds, providing relief in the 16 states that sued along with the District of Columbia. North Carolina is not part of the lawsuit.
