Bright Spots: K-64 in Catawba County

K-64 is a five-year collaboration between the economic development and education sectors in Catawba County. The goal is for Catawba County to prepare residents from pre-kindergarten to retirement to compete in the global economy. The hope is to build a talented pipeline through one-to-world technology, character and soft skills development, work-based learning, and more.

These bright spots were identified in collaboration with the myFutureNC Commission. The myFutureNC Commission is focused on educational attainment statewide. They are in the process of developing statewide and localized attainment goals.
