EdNC is conducting this survey to better understand the educational experiences of students and caregivers in western North Carolina. The responses will be used to inform our work and shared with the Dogwood Health Trust.

The survey is intended for parents, grandparents, or primary caregivers of children who live in western North Carolina, defined as the following counties and areas: Avery County, Buncombe County, Burke County, Cherokee County, Clay County, Graham County, Haywood County, Henderson County, Jackson County, Macon County, Madison County, McDowell County, Mitchell County, Polk County, Qualla Boundary, Rutherford County, Swain County, Transylvania County, Yancey County.

The survey begins with a series of multiple choice questions, followed by a series of open-ended questions. All responses will be used anonymously unless you grant EdNC permission to use your name alongside your comments in the survey. For the chance to receive one of 10 $100 gift cards, please leave your name and email in the final question.
