Making sense of the new A-F school grading system as well as streamlining enrollments made the list of Top 10 education issues for the Public School Forum of North Carolina, a think tank that supports high-quality public schools. It unveiled its list at the 2015 Eggs & Issues Breakfast at Marbles Kids Museum in Raleigh. Other top issues include maintaining high standards, quality and equity in school choice, and recruiting and retaining good teachers.
