In this edition of EdTalk, we sat down with Ben Owens. He is a Hope Street Group National Teacher Fellow and member of the Center for Teaching Quality Collaboratory. He spent 20 years working as an engineer before becoming a math and physics teacher at Tri-County Early College High School in Murphy, North Carolina.
He is a passionate advocate for project-based learning. In this episode, we talk with him about that and about why he left his career as an engineer to become a teacher.
