<p>State lawmakers are grappling with the multi-faceted impacts of COVID-19 on North Carolina. As the General Assembly prepares to convene, House Speaker Tim Moore (R-Cleveland) provides insight into the challenges we face, legislative options being considered for relief, and a vision for the future of our state.</p>
