Lawmakers hear education-related reports on lottery and resolving funding disputes

The Joint Legislative Program Evaluation Oversight Committee heard reports yesterday related to the North Carolina education lottery and resolving disputes over the education funding that local boards of education get from county commissioners. 

Below you can see the reports, slides, and draft legislation. The committee is slated to vote in April on whether to recommend legislation to the General Assembly.
