House committee on the future of education hears from Union County

The House Select Committee on an Education System for North Carolina’s Future held a meeting in Monroe on Monday evening, hearing presentations from Union County Public Schools (UCPS), South Piedmont Community College (SPCC), and Wingate University. The second hour was reserved for public comment.

The next committee meetings will be April 4 in Gaston County and April 25 in Carteret County.
