The revised 2018-19 budget for North Carolina was released last evening. This morning it will be taken up in the joint appropriations committee, followed by other committees later in the afternoon. Both the House and the Senate are expected to have both of their votes on the document this week. We will be following the process and writing about it as the day and week goes on.
