Team EdNC is attending EdCamp this week. We believe in growing our team. We believe they will be the leaders of tomorrow. We believe nonprofits should create internal and external, personal and professional development opportunities for employees. This year, as part of our Media Transformation Challenge at Harvard’s Kennedy School, we were encouraged to take our upskilling to the next level. All team members will be learning more about story, video, and photo editing, listening, crafting stories and headlines, surveying, data mapping and visualization, building audience including social media and SEO (search engine optimization), podcasts, developing voice and more.
