We are honored and humbled to be included in the News Integrity Initiative’s first cohort of grants to improve people‚Äôs lives by fostering trust between newsrooms and the public and nurturing constructive, inclusive community conversations. My thanks to the EducationNC team including Reach NC Voices, our board, our funders, and all who believed we could aspire to build the most innovative news room in the country. Our students and our state deserve for us to do the very best work we can possibly imagine.
