EdNC extends our thanks to Ed Croom for his public service to our students and our state. Croom is the superintendent of Johnston County Schools, the chair of the Low Wealth Schools Consortium, and serves on the board of EdNC. He announced his retirement, effective March 2016, on Tuesday at a school board meeting.
