The Editor’s Notes
From Holly Springs to Winston-Salem, I had the privilege of meeting with leaders across our political spectrum yesterday. It was my first day really out and about since having surgery in December. In listening, I learn so much about our students, schools, and state. A great quote from the end of the day, “I can’t compete with a love affair, especially when it is with an entire state.” My thanks to those of you who spent time with me. Nation and I are attending the My Future NC meeting today. Mebane
