The Joint Legislative Study Committee on School-Based Administrator Pay is meeting today at 11am in 415 LOB. Here is a link to the audio in the room so you can listen in.

Yesterday State Board of Education Chairman Bill Cobey issued the following statement on behalf of the Board:

The State Board of Education today authorized its attorneys to move forward with a constitutional challenge to the provisions of NC Session Law 2016-126 that attempt to transfer the State Board of Education’s constitutional powers and duties to the State Superintendent of Public Instruction.
