Overcoming reading struggles to succeed

The Senate may hold its override vote of Governor Roy Cooper’s veto of the budget tonight at 7. You can listen to the Senate chamber here. The House has already overridden the veto, so if the Senate is successful, then the budget passed over the summer will be enacted.
