Legislative state lawmakers unveiled their two-year budget compromise yesterday. They plan to approve it before the week is out and send it on to Governor Roy Cooper for his signature or veto.
The Senate Education/Higher Education committee meets at 11 in room 1027/1128 of the legislative building.
