According to Inside Higher Ed, The Grapevine Report has been released. This report is an annual compilation of data on state fiscal support for higher education by the Center for the Study of Education Policy at Illinois State University and the State Higher Education Executive Officers (SHEEO). Inside Higher Ed reports that nationwide state fiscal support for higher education is up 5.2% and in North Carolina state support is up 3.0%.
