Remarkable teachers fill our classrooms across North Carolina. At EdNC, we are thankful all the time for your public service to our students, our state, and our future — not just during Teacher Appreciation Week. Thank you.

One of my favorite teachers, Henry Foust, emailed me yesterday. He reminds us, “There are lots of opportunities for summer enrichment experiences” for students, and he suggests this website as a resource.

Carolina Business Review is on location at SAS with CEOs talking about the importance of 3rd grade reading proficiency. Watch it tonight on WTVI, PBS Charlotte, at 8:30pm.
