This morning in Chapel Hill at the Knight-Lenfest Newsroom Initiative, EducationNC will roll out our engagement dashboard and loyalty tracker. We will get feedback from our peers and coaches and continue to iterate it, but the idea is to have a way to measure how well we serve our audience…you.
