This week is Arts and Education Week here in North Carolina and nationally. Here is Gov. Stein’s proclamation. Thank you to all of our arts educators!
Stein is scheduled to announce today his latest federal budget request, calling on Congress to send more Hurricane Helene recovery funding to WNC and asking federal agencies to more quickly release already-approved funds.
