New from EdNC

The Editor’s Notes

I plan to attend Corbett’s Dinner in the Gap for the first time this summer to support WNC. Please use #WNCOpenforBusiness to let me know where you go and what you see and do this summer! Or email me at mrash at ednc.org.

Supers, school boards, and county commissions, note the article on Sampson County. “Marking a new era of collaboration and stability for local school funding,” the county commission has let both school districts know how much they can expect year to year moving forward.

6,710 (8.4%) were previously enrolled in public schools. Stay tuned for more from EdNC.
