May 4 is looming as the crossover deadline for advocates working to slow down or make changes to policy proposals to bills being considered by the legislature.
The NC Tribune is reporting this morning that “the N.C. Association of County Commissioners says its members don’t want authority to allot capital funding to charter schools.”
Our understanding is that HB 219 has been pulled from the agenda today of the K-12 Education Committee. Stay tuned.
