On Friday, the new judge in Leandro, James Ammons, issued this ruling. The court found, after considering appropriations in last year’s state budget, additional funding is required as follows: DHHS | $133,900,000; DPI | $509,701,707; and UNC System | $34,200,000. Stay tuned.
