On Friday, the N.C. Supreme Court reinstated the writ of prohibition previously issued by the N.C. Court of Appeals, which blocks the transfer of funds “until this Court has an opportunity to address the remaining issues in this case.”
Today, on Monday, March 6, Governor Roy Cooper will give his fourth State of the State address at 7:01 pm. The State of the State will be livestreamed online at pbsnc.org. The Governor’s Address is expected to run approx. 40 minutes.
