There has been an enormous about of turnover in the ed ecosystem in the last year with leadership transitions at US Department of Ed, the governor’s office, DPI, the Public School Forum, LatinxEd, and now NCASA. And that doesn’t include the turnover at the district level.

Applications for the CEO of the Forum are due Feb. 8. Here is more information.

Applications for the executive director of NCASA are due Feb. 16. Here is more information.

Both jobs really matter for our students, our schools, our state, and our future.

POY Beckie Spears says, “With NCASA celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, there is a beautiful story to tell about Katherine’s stewardship and diverse groups working together to support our schools.
