Dual enrollment is increasing in North Carolina, report shows

As news articles emerge about cuts to federal funding, we have received lots of questions about advanced teaching roles. Keep in mind there are multiple funding streams for ATR, including both state and federal funding, and there is more than one stream of federal funding.
