Travis Lewis

Dr. Travis Lewis is an associate professor and assistant chair in the Department of Educational Leadership and Foundations at East Carolina University. Drawing on extensive prior experience as a K-12 school counselor and district administrator, his research focuses on social-emotional learning, trauma-informed practices, school safety, and the effective utilization of student support professionals in rural settings.
