Before joining Value Health Partners as Executive Director, Tina practiced as an attorney for eight years, focusing on regulatory compliance, administrative rulemaking and board governance.  This included serving as an Assistant Attorney General with the North Carolina Department of Justice where she represented the Division of Medical Assistance, the Office of the State Treasurer and various occupational licensing boards.

A former Health Policy Fellow with the American Health Quality Association, Tina is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Health at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health where her studies focus on organizational readiness and the transition towards value based care.
