Thomas Beaman
Thomas E. Beaman, Jr. (Tom) has taught Anthropology and Archaeology courses as a full-time Associate Professor of Anthropology at the Northern Campus of Wake Technical Community College since 2008, and is an adjunct instructor at Wilson Community College and William Peace University (Peace College). He has previously worked as a staff archaeologist for the Thomas Jefferson Memorial Foundation at Monticello, for the James River Institute for Archaeology in Williamsburg, Virginia, for the North Carolina Department of Transportation, and for the North Carolina State Historic Sites Section. Beaman also runs Study Abroad trips for Wake Tech, and has taken students to the Yucatan of Mexico on two occasions.
