Sydney Potter is the dance director at Apex Friendship High School and a first-year teacher. She is a recent graduate of Meredith College where she received her bachelor’s in K-12 dance education. Growing up, Sydney was a competitive dancer, training in various styles of dance. At Meredith, Sydney was a company member of the Meredith Tap and Jazz Company & Meredith Dance Theatre (Modern). She received multiple awards for her performance and choreography throughout the years, one of which she was invited to send her work to the American College Dance Associations’ regional conference.
