Susan Hitt is the high school English Language Arts lead teacher for the New Hanover County Public School System.  After graduating from UNC-Wilmington in 2005 and teaching high school English for ten years, Susan moved into the lead teacher position where she strives to create innovative professional development opportunities for the teachers with whom she works.
