Sarah Colbourn

Sarah Colbourn is a Master of Public Policy candidate at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy. Prior to this, Sarah graduated from the University of Toronto in 2020 with double majors in political science and history with a minor in chemistry. She is interested in environmental policy work, urban revitalization, and American political development.
