Sandy Marshall
Sandy Marshall is the founder and CEO of Project Scientist. Marshall began Project Scientist in 2011 with six girls in her backyard, including her then 4-year-old daughter, Ellie. Project Scientist received an Acumen Civic Accelerator grant, which invests in and supports social ventures that solve pressing social and environmental issues by engaging people, helping launch the program. Project Scientist will host a virtual STEM Girls Change The World Celebration, Friday, November 5. You’ll hear from Time’s 2020 Kid of the Year, Gitanjali Rao, and Project Scientist girls who are tackling global challenges such as climate change.
