Robert Joyce

Robert Joyce is the Charles Edwin Hinsdale Professor of Public Law and Government at the UNC School of Government, where he has worked since 1980. He is a past member of the executive committees of the Education Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Council of School Attorneys. Joyce earned a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a JD from Harvard Law School.
