Rhea Ninan is a Master of Public Policy candidate at Duke University’s Sanford School of Public Policy. Prior to graduate school, she worked in program evaluation at a research firm that evaluated energy efficiency and energy assistance programs. Rhea graduated from the University of Michigan in 2018 with a major in public policy and minor in Spanish. Her policy interests include social safety net programs; public assistance programs; and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
