A proud native, former mayor and current resident of Ellerbe, North Carolina, Olivia Webb earned her B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from UNC Chapel Hill. She has held leadership roles in development, communications and consulting for multiple private schools, her local community college foundation, and the N.C. charter school sector.
