As a policy analyst, Nicole Roscoe Julian provides research, analysis, and program support. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Morehead-Cain Scholar. She earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy, with a minor in chemistry. During her years at Carolina, she stretched beyond the classroom to seek experience and a deeper understanding in education policy – with internships at KIPP Metro Atlanta, The Greenlining Institute, LearnZillion, and The Hunt Institute.
