Michelle Jia is a trained ethnographic researcher who teaches Needfinding at Stanford and UC Berkeley. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as the State of Michigan on research for education policy. She has worked with the Reinvention Lab over several years, including as a researcher and co-author to pieces like “Crossing the Canyon”. In parallel, she works as an artist and writer in her birth city of Toronto.
